Феномен гри (Huizinga, 1938; Bern, 1964) досліджується як формуюча і функціональна основа стратегії, основа сучасного застосування асиметричного впливу в умовах протистояння. Обґрунтовано суттєвий зв'язок між ігровою психологічною методологією та класичною стратегікою, а також зміст психологічних механізмів, що реалізуються в процесах застосування стратегій в умовах неоднорідної конфронтації. Підходи, представлені в статті, дають змогу викрити сучасні спроби використання стратегій опонентами або супротивниками, організувати вибір і застосування стратегій з метою асиметричного протидії в умовах конфронтації, а також визначити психологічні чинники такої протидії
