Загальнопсихологічне дослідження місця та ролі емоційного інтелекту у системах регуляції прийняття рішень передбачає звернення до вибірок осіб професій, у яких він необхідно включений у діяльність та спілкування. Емоційний інтелект і толерантність до невизначеності можна розглядати як властивості, що сприяють ефективним та результативним рішенням
