Метою статті є теоретичний аналіз проблеми дослідження суб'єктивного професійного благополуччя особистості. У статті проаналізовано та систематизовано основні наукові підходи до визначення професійного благополуччя особистості, розглянуто різні напрями досліджень у цій галузі, проаналізовано сучасні та класичні моделі професійного благополуччя та їхні складові, визначено зміст і структуру досліджуваного явища
