Стаття присвячена розгляду особливостей професійної адаптації молодших офіцерів та певних факторів її психологічного супроводу. У ній розкрито фактори, що впливають на процес професійної адаптації молодших офіцерів, визначено та конкретизовано зміст основних завдань, а також висвітлено зміст програми психологічного супроводу їх професійної адаптації з урахуванням специфічних психофізіологічних факторів
