У статті на основі наявних досліджень здійснено аналіз психологічних проблем, з якими стикаються українці, вимушено переміщені внаслідок російської агресії, та чинників їх життєстійкості. Застосовано теоретичні методи дослідження: аналіз, узагальнення, моделювання. Констатовано, що біженці та вимушені переселенці (порівняно з людьми постійного місця проживання за відсутності бойових дій поблизу) мають тенденції: підвищення цінності безпеки; невпевненості в собі; спрямованості у минуле; відсутності внутрішнього задоволення від виконання професійних обов'язків; зниження показників фізичного здоров’я, складнощів у побудові планів на майбутнє; часто переживають кризу ідентичності, що за несприятливих умов призводить до набуття псевдоідентичності. Здійснено спробу пошуку оптимальних шляхів та засобів психологічної підтримки зазначених осіб та їх родин із врахуванням їх особливостей як суб’єктів та реципієнтів впливу оточення в період міграції та в постміграційний період. Провідне значення надано духовно-екзистенційним вимірам людини (не ігноруючи інші, але й не редукуючи людину до них). Запропоновано інтегративну модель психологічної підтримки осіб, вимушено переміщених внаслідок російської агресії, що спирається на можливості різних версій психодинамічного, поведінкового, когнітивного, гуманістично та екзистенційно орієнтованих підходів, спрямовується на мобілізацію особистісних ресурсів, досягнення екзистенційної сповненості, також – на опанування здоров’язбережувальними психотехніками та формування опірності деструктивним впливам середовища
