Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю забезпечення системно організованої взаємодії між військовослужбовцями під час виконання службово-бойових завдань у складі підрозділів, оскільки її порушення знижує результативність бойових дій та підвищує ризик втрат особового складу, озброєння і військової техніки, а також сприяє перехопленню ініціативи противником. Метою дослідження було виявлення та аналіз ключових способів налагодження взаємодії у військових підрозділах у процесі виконання службово-бойових завдань. На основі теоретичного аналізу визначено соціально-психологічні чинники, що впливають на організацію взаємодії в соціальних групах. Методом класифікації інформації визначено позитивні й негативні чинники, що впливають на поведінку індивідів в групі, систематизовано етапи формування малих груп та показники ефективності їхнього розвитку. Синтез та узагальнення результатів дослідження надав можливість визначити умови налагодження ефективної взаємодії у новостворених військових підрозділах з метою успішного виконання ними службово-бойових завдань. Для згуртування підрозділу запропоновано розробку й узгодження правил поведінки, що посилюють взаємну відповідальність, а також формування усвідомлення спільної мети діяльності та власної ролі військовослужбовців у її досягненні. Для ефективної діяльності групи під час виконання службово-бойових завдань рекомендовано організувати й підтримувати систему комунікації всередині підрозділу (групи). Після виконання завдання рекомендовано проведення брифінгу з метою уточнення результатів, обговорення проблемних аспектів, стимулювання самоаналізу дій членів групи та попередження або врегулювання можливих конфліктів. Сформульовано вимоги щодо добору військовослужбовців й призначення їх на посади з урахуванням адекватного сприймання ними завдань підрозділу, в якому вони будуть проходити службу, відгуків від командирів підрозділів з попереднього місця служби (роботи), з метою кращого прогнозування їхньої поведінки й формування довірчих відносин в новоствореній групі
