Тривала російсько-українська війна посилила потребу в розумінні психологічних наслідків інтенсивного бойового досвіду для мобілізованих військовослужбовців та визначенні чинників, пов’язаних з успішною післябойовою адаптацією. Метою дослідження було визначити особливості проявів дезадаптивності та резильєнтності у мобілізованих військовослужбовців після участі в інтенсивних бойових діях. Психодіагностичне оцінювання проводилося з використанням шкали інтенсивності бойового досвіду, опитувальника диференціації посттравматичного стресу, методики оцінювання негативних психічних реакцій і станів у військовослужбовців, шкали дезадаптивності та шкали стійкості до бойової психологічної травматизації. Зазначені методики дали змогу оцінити інтенсивність бойового досвіду, симптоми посттравматичного стресу, негативні психічні стани, дезадаптивність і резильєнтність та продемонстрували задовільну внутрішню узгодженість (α Кронбаха = 0,84-0,91). Кластерний аналіз дозволив виокремити два контрастні психологічні профілі: групу з високою дезадаптивністю та низькою резильєнтністю (n = 148; M = 19,76, SD = 5,95; M = 124,33, SD = 19,77 відповідно) і групу з нижчим рівнем дезадаптивності та вищою резильєнтністю (n = 102; M = 9,75, SD = 4,76; M = 138,72, SD = 25,87; t = 4,74, p < 0,001). У військовослужбовців першої групи виявлено значно більш виражені труднощі поведінкової регуляції, суїцидальний ризик, когнітивну дисфункцію та негативні емоційні стани, тоді як компоненти резильєнтності негативно корелювали з проявами дезадаптивності. Отримані дані обґрунтували доцільність диференційованого підходу до психологічної реабілітації з урахуванням рівня резильєнтності, специфіки бойового досвіду та актуального психічного стану під час визначення обсягу і змісту психологічних втручань. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для раннього виявлення груп ризику, індивідуалізації психологічної підтримки та розроблення цільових програм реабілітації й психологічного відновлення у військових реабілітаційних центрах і службах психологічного забезпечення сектору безпеки і оборони України
