The article analyzes the psychological features of officers' management skills in a combat environment. It is noted that in the dynamic aspect they are manifested in different speed of their actualization in connection with the emerging/changing situation; time and efforts, which are mainly spent on performing certain actions; manifest themselves at different stages of activity by mistakes and difficulties of the officer; in the structural and substantive aspect: to varying degrees of compliance of skills with the current situation, the nature of the combat task being solved; different levels of completeness/fragmentation of the development of management skills (research and diagnostic,) by officers of certain groups corrective-regulatory and design-planning)
