The article emphasizes that creating a coaching environment within an educational organization allows working with future psychologists in a practice-oriented format, drawing on personal experience and developing new, more effective models of pedagogical interaction through the use of creative potential. This enables future psychologists to reach a higher professional level that meets modern educational standards and ensures a high level of development of their emotional competence
