The article is devoted to the application of communications from the standpoint of managing the processes of informational and interpersonal interaction at the internal level of an organization. The main theoretical aspects of internal communications in the management system of an organization as a component of its effective functioning are analyzed: the essence of the concept of “communication” is clarified; the advantages and disadvantages of the main means of internal communications and the goals of their formation in the enterprise are summarized; barriers to an effective communication process are systematized
