The article explores the phenomena of facilitative interaction in interpersonal relationships of a psychological-pedagogical nature – parent–child, teacher–student, psychotherapist–client. Such interaction creates opportunities to maintain systemic characteristics of the psyche related to self-organization, self-development, and self-regulation. This, in turn, contributes to the formation and maintenance of the salutogenic potential of the personality, which is manifested not only in stress resilience and healthy adaptation to reality but also in enhanced cognitive and intellectual activity, creativity, spontaneity, and the ability for self-realization. In cases of personality disorders, facilitative interaction aids in correcting certain destructive manifestations and improving the overall integration and functionality of the personality’s psyche
