Effectiveness is a concept that includes the presence of a socially useful effect in the form of the following components: direct protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, state, public, and social values and interests, assistance in satisfying these rights by law enforcement officers within the scope of their duties, as well as actions aimed at complying with legal norms and regulations established by law in the prescribed manner and avoiding violations thereof in the course of professional activities
