The article outlines and proposes ways to solve the problem of building effective communication in emergency conditions. The main issues are identified and the obtained results are presented on the specified issues, in particular on the issues: concepts, specifics of communication, its improvement in the conditions of liquidation of emergency situations. On the basis of the results obtained by scientists in previous scientific works, the urgent need to substantiate and outline the vectors of improving communication in the conditions of the emergency has been updated, in particular, through the achievement of mutual understanding in the professional and communicative situation, which is provided by the internal resources of the specialist's personality, which affect the design of communication during interaction in the professional sphere, and due to the development of organizational and management qualities in the heads of units of the State Emergency Service system
