The article analyzes the views of scientists on the essence and content of psychological stability of the individual. The relevance of the study of the specified problem is determined in the light of global globalization processes, people's professional activities. The complexity of the concept of "psychological stability of the individual" is shown and its consideration based on various circumstances and actions using a systematic approach. The regularities and principles of psychological factors of personality stability are determined
