The purpose of the article is to conduct a theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem of researching the psychological content of the structure of subjective well-being of an individual. An analysis and systematisation of scientific approaches to the construction of models of subjective well-being and the operationalisation of their structural components and parameters has been carried out. Based on this, the author's theoretical model of subjective well-being has been developed
