The article presents the results of the entrepreneurs' final assessment of the objective and subjective factors that cause negative mental states. The most influential factors were: the escalation of military operations and difficulties of working in special conditions, the socio-political and economic situation in the country. Subjective factors are revealed through social problems, the availability of life resources, and the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the subjects
