The article provides the results of a discourse analysis of changes in interpretations of the concept “moral readiness of military personnel” in connection with the development of new contexts of culture, social organization, military-professional activity in the conditions of wars of the information age. Based on changes in the architecture of society, the position of individuals and their associations in the network society, the content of activities, models and performance criteria, the authors trace how these changes are given signs on approaches to ensuring the resilience and moral readiness of military personnel in the person-oriented humanitarian paradigm of military management - “mission management”
