The article presents the results of an empirical study of the individual and psychological characteristics of officers of higher education institutions as predictors of their positive image. The identified individual and psychological features of the officers, namely: officers of the management level, teaching officers and officers of the course level, determined the need to develop an educational and training program for the formation of their positive image
