The article presents the classification of the main military specialties and their psychological parameters, which determine the psychological strategies of the military and professional activity of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In order to ensure the appropriate requirements for the qualification of military personnel in modern conditions of warfare, there is a need to form skills for rapid mastery of military skills, the ability to develop and implement psychological strategies for any assigned service and combat tasks
