The article, within the framework of a systemic approach, reveals the concept of the socio-psychological climate of the structures of state administration and local self-government (in the process of implementing decentralization of power) as a systemic entity. The results of an empirical study of factors (types) of the socio-psychological climate in the structures of state administration and local self-government in the process of implementing decentralization of power are presented («etalon», «context of the business group», «communicativeness», «humanism», «career»)
