The article reveals the author's approach to the goal, tasks and structure of psychological training for the development of frustration tolerance as a professionally important property of the operator of the Special Operations Forces. The developed and tested program for the development of frustration tolerance of operators of the Special Operations Forces “Idu on Vy” contributed to the development of frustration tolerance in each participant of the training as resistance to frustrating factors of the combat situation, improvement of skills and abilities to counteract negative psychotraumatic factors of the performance of combat tasks, training of procedures for collective development of solutions in extreme conditions of the combat situation and teamwork skills, mastering strategies of behavior in extreme conditions of performing tasks as intended. The obtained results of the formative stage of the psychological experiment showed the effectiveness of the application of the program for the development and improvement of the indicators of the investigated operators of the Special Operations Forces of the experimental group, in contrast to the control group. The development program can be used by officers of the structures of moral and psychological support of military units (units) of the Special Operations Forces as a tool for the development of frustration tolerance during special psychological training events
