The purpose of the work is to study the psychological state and types of psychological problems of students of higher education who witnessed military operations and were involved in them. Current experiences, the severity of the depressive state, the influence of traumatic experiences, the experience of loneliness, the expression of narcissism in empirical subgroups, distinguished by their location during the war and its specificity, were studied
