The article examines the phenomenon of post-experiential growth as a result of positive personality changes due to experiencing traumatic and stressful events in the context of maintaining the mental health of military personnel. In the course of the theoretical analysis, the definition of the term “post-experiential growth” is proposed, its main determinants of development in servicemen – of combatants are revealed
