The article presents the results of the implementation of individual and differentiated approaches to the formation of professional plans of high school students. Features of psychological and pedagogical support with schoolchildren of different levels of formation of professional plans are given. Ways to increase the effectiveness of career guidance work in order to form professional plans of schoolchildren are proposed
