Psychological factors of subjective well-being determine satisfaction with military-professional activities and life in general. The purpose of the article is to determine the psychological factors of the subjective well-being of military personnel. It is established that subjective well-being is reflected by a sense of value, meaningfulness, meaningful fulfillment of life, unconditional acceptance of oneself and disclosure of one's potential, subjective recognition of the significance of achievements in various spheres
