The article examines the training program for the development of the management culture of sergeants of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, developed on the basis of the initial provisions of the genetic modeling method of innovation development, the principles of cognitive-behavioral, axiological psychology and positive psychotherapy. The training program contributed to increasing the interest of sergeants in personal development, which can positively affect their self-actualization and improve professional competence. Among the sergeants who participated in the training, there was an increase in interest in interaction with colleagues and other persons, which contributed to the improvement of communication and cooperation
