It was established that the physical and psychological components of the personality are within the limits of average values, which indicates positive trends in overcoming negative external influences on the professional health of the subjects, and also indicates the preservation of the resource component at the expense of the spiritual sphere. It was determined that the personal resource determines steadfastness in choosing one's path in the conditions of war, and thanks to self-control and self-regulation, the subjects strive to overcome difficulties and personal and professional growth
