The article presents the method of determining the individual profile of the behavior of a sergeant serviceman, developed by specialists of the Scientific Research Center for Humanitarian Problems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The results of the approbation of the methodology showed its high diagnostic ability and validity in assessing the leadership style and the level of development of behavioral components necessary for the exercise of leadership and command powers by the non-commissioned officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
