In recent decades, the problem of forming and maintaining the professional health of specialists has acquired a new relevant importance for almost specialists of all types of professions, especially this issue is rapidly gaining significant relevance, for professions that are part of the greatest demand in society, these are specialists in law, psychology, IT companies. Each of the specified spheres of professional activity has its own characteristics, specifics, certain risks of the development of destructive phenomena that can affect the professional health of specialists. That is why, in our opinion, the determination of the psychological features of the formation of the professional health of specialists, in particular the IT sphere, is relevant and timely
