In periods of aggravation of socio-political crises in society, the issue of emotional stability becomes especially relevant. It is a professionally important quality for future specialists in communication professions – in particular, teachers and psychologists. Emotional stability is considered as a component of emotional maturity of the individual and a complex integral phenomenon that includes emotional and volitional components
