The article examines the general characteristics of the formation of the image of the organization and the peculiarities of the development of the image of the participants in the educational process. The presented material in the structure of the training «Optimizing the image of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions acquires special importance for use in practice. The conclusion summarizes and states the importance of personal self-development in creating a positive individual image, which is the key to an optimistic attitude to life, despite the stressful effects of the consequences of the pandemic and the war
