The proposed review examines interdisciplinary dimensions of neuropsychological and psychosomatic factors of the rehabilitation potential of oncological patients. On the basis of metatheoretical analysis, the leading studies in this direction regarding the influence of these factors on the results of rehabilitation are summarized, as well as the need to integrate psychological assessments and interventions into standard rehabilitation protocols is substantiated. The purpose of – is to generalize modern studies of the influence of psychosomatic and psychosocial factors on the rehabilitation potential of cancer patients, in particular, a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation that would take into account psychological well-being together with physical recovery
