Being captured is one of the professional risks of military personnel. A soldier who has been captured and returned from it has unique experience that can and should be used by him in future official activities, but reintegration after being in isolation is a complex and at the same time delicate process in which compliance with professional standards and organizational requirements is critical to ensuring the safety and effectiveness of reintegration measures
