The results of the study of the peculiarities of emotional burnout among employees of legal professions are presented. It was determined that forensic experts do not have manifestations of emotional burnout, while police officers, prosecutors and lawyers have emotional burnout at the stage of formation. A number of preventive measures are proposed with the aim of forming psychological resistance to the influence of negative factors of professional activity and increasing the general level of vitality and resourcefulness of the personality of employees of legal professions
