The article is devoted to the study, based on a quasi-experiment, of the resource potential of reflective reflection of personal security by subjects during conflict interaction. The author makes an attempt to establish the potential of reflective reflection of personal security by subjects and to build scenarios of conflict interaction. The influence of personal security reflection on the quantitative and qualitative features of the interaction of conflict subjects has been empirically proven. Recognizing that the scope and target pole of personal security are separate parameters of reflection by subjects of conflict interaction, their significance for understanding the dynamism of this interaction is demonstrated. The obtained materials showed that the construction of conflict interaction scenarios based on the assessment of reflection by its subjects of personal security allows to reveal their resource priorities
