The article presents the results of an empirical study of the phenomenon of post-traumatic growth in people who have experienced a crisis associated with job loss in war conditions. The theoretical prerequisites of the phenomenon of post-traumatic growth in the research of Ukrainian and foreign authors are analyzed. The course of the study and the psychological assistance program for people experiencing a crisis related to job loss are presented. The issue of finding and implementing effective psychological assistance programs for people experiencing a personal crisis is raised. The trends of the problem of researching the phenomenon of post-traumatic personality growth for people who have experienced traumatic crisis conditions of various etymologies are emphasized
