This article examines the main features of the case study method in order to improve the quality of research aimed at studying and understanding socio-psychological phenomena. The need to use the case study method is due to the conditions in which Ukraine is currently, when it is difficult for researchers to trace and understand the essence of socio-psychological phenomena using traditional linear models of scientific methods
