As the literature review shows, psychology describes a wide range of variables that can be attributed to personal resources. However, even a superficial analysis of existing studies of personal resources allows us to identify a number of theoretical difficulties and contradictions that lead to the heterogeneity of the concept of personal resources in modern psychology. Different approaches postulate different objects of «application of personal resources as key (subjective well-being, overcoming stress, efficiency of activity, peculiarities of its self-regulation, etc.); at the same time, it is obvious that both the list of resources itself and which of them are considered as the main ones depends on which dependent variables are placed » in a prominent place«. Until now, the comparison of personal resources takes place, as a rule, in two directions. First, it is the conditional separation of the most important «construct. Secondly, there is a tendency towards an integral understanding of personal resources and an important empirical task is to justify such integration
