Existing so-called highlight the phenomenon of stress as a trait, quality, property more often than not from the standpoint of functionality, as a parameter that determines the effectiveness of activity, as an ability that contributes to maintaining the optimal efficiency of activity and the efficiency of a specialist in situations characterized by tension. The opinion about the duality of stress resistance is considered, when it appears both as a property that determines the result of activity in the parameters of success/failure, and as one that ensures personal homeostasis as a system that makes it possible to consider stress resistance as a personal and activity indicator
