This is the second part of a block of two articles under a common name. In the previous part with the subtitle «Analysis of psychological operations of the enemy», the main methods of such operations of Russia were considered. This article examines the possibilities of combating them. Special attention is paid to the creative methods of such a struggle, since this can compensate for the aggressor's advantage in the possibilities of conducting information warfare
