The article shows the relevance of the study of personality deformation in professional activity due to the occurrence of urgent addiction, addictive behavior. Based on the generalization of theoretical approaches and technologies regarding psychological diagnosis, the method of determining addictive risk groups of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is substantiated
