The article presents the results of psychodiagnosis of attention according to the criteria of fatigue, concentration and stability of attention in psychology students of the 1st year during foreign language classes. In the conditions of the modern educational process, a student-psychologist must process a huge amount of information during the academic day. By the end of the school day, the stability of attention decreases significantly, which is associated with a decrease in the mobility of nervous processes due to inhibition and metabolic changes during fatigue in the central nervous system. Studying the change of attention during the day allows you to properly organize the educational process, to correctly redistribute the educational load, taking into account the presence of more important and complex topics from a foreign language that require greater concentration of attention
