The purpose of this article – is to identify and understand all potentially significant conceptual foundations of the formation of psychological contracts in a military context. The article proves that the reluctance to join the ranks of the armed forces or the decision to resign may be related to the formulation of «vague» psychological contracts, the experience experienced and impressions of recruitment into the armed forces, significant differences between idealized and realistically achievable «y»/«robota»
