The article comprehensively examines the problem of prevention of delinquent behavior among servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine, which appears as an extremely urgent task in the conditions of martial law and social turbulence. Delinquent behavior is interpreted as a system of behavioral deviations that violate the norms of military discipline, moral and ethical principles of service and generally accepted legal frameworks. Given the peculiarities of military service, this category of behavior requires a special approach to study and correction, which takes into account both external conditions (combat actions, workload, social factors) and internal psychological factors (stress resistance, level of self-regulation, personal adaptation)
