In today's conditions, when war is raging on the territory of our State, the choice of the future military profession by young people, associated with life risks for them, allows us to focus attention on the process of training cadets in military institutions of higher education (HEIs). The study is focused on the development of personal assets of cadets in the process of manifestations of resistance. An important place in the study was devoted to the consideration of resilience as a dynamic process that determines the construct of stability, therefore, the eight-component model of resilience (Cheng, King, and Oswald, 2020) was taken as one, which considers resilience as a dynamic formation that is in constant development. This approach gave us the opportunity to more objectively determine the development of personal assets in cadets. The results of the study can be used in practical work by specialists of higher education institutions and other specialists
