The article highlights the “image of Victory” as a factor in the formation and maintenance of internal motivation of servicemen to perform assigned tasks in wartime conditions. Methodological principles for its formation in the minds of Ukrainian servicemen have been developed and a communicative model has been created on this basis for subjects of internal communication work in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
