The article highlights the structure and content of the author's training course program «Call readiness: psychological strengthening of a serviceman», which is integrated into the system of military-professional training of personnel of military formations. The program is aimed at increasing the psychological readiness of military personnel to perform military and professional tasks. The training is aimed at the development of stress resistance, self-regulation, motivation and psychological stability in the conditions of hostilities
