The article analyzes the main criteria for diagnosing post-traumatic stress disorder. Generalized psychological effects on mental health that occur in a person as a result of experiencing traumatic events. An empirical study of the manifestations of PTSD in military personnel is described, and the selection of methods for their diagnosis is substantiated. An analysis and interpretation of the diagnosis of the features of PTSD manifestations is presented
