Psychological rehabilitation of female military servicemen participating in modern military conflicts is one of the key and at the same time complex directions of modern military psychology. Women involved in the performance of service and combat tasks face a unique complex of stressors, which include not only general military psychological stress, but also specific challenges related to the gender aspects of service in militarized structures. The article examines the theoretical foundations, methodological approaches and practical aspects of the organization of the psychological rehabilitation system, which take into account the physiological, psychological and social characteristics of female military personnel
