У статті представлено досвід формування і забезпечення психологічної стійкості військовослужбовців армії США. Приділено увагу участі командира у формуванні в особового складу стійких та ефективних механізмів подолання, спрямованих на попередження виникнення проблем з поведінковим здоров’ям. Розглянуто пріоритетні програми, підходи, заходи, фактори, методи для забезпечення психологічної стійкості військовослужбовців
